Who runs this

Tool4U.net (the "Site") is operated by the individual(s) running Tool4U.net. There is no separate registered company behind it at this time. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

The service

Tool4U.net provides free, browser-based utility tools (image, PDF, audio, text, and related file/data tools). Most tools process your input entirely on your own device; a small number call our server to do something a browser genuinely can't (see the Privacy Policy for which ones and why). No account or signup is required to use any tool.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal in your jurisdiction;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site's infrastructure (e.g. abusive automated requests to the server-backed tools);
• use any server-backed tool (such as the URL/HTTP checkers) to probe, attack, or scan systems you don't own or have permission to test.

Your content, your responsibility

You're solely responsible for the files, text, and URLs you run through a tool, and for having the right to process them. Since most processing happens in your own browser, we have no visibility into what you process and no ability to review it.

No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Always verify important output (a converted file, a calculation, a generated document) before relying on it for anything consequential.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tool4U.net and its operator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any tool on it.

Availability and changes

Tools may be added, changed, or removed at any time, and the Site may be unavailable occasionally (maintenance, hosting issues). We'll try to avoid breaking a tool's expected behavior without notice, but this isn't guaranteed.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page is updated and the "Last updated" date above moves forward. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
