Can I add more PDF files after I’ve already started arranging pages?

Yes — use the same upload area again at any point; its pages are appended to the end of the current list, ready to move wherever you want.

Does this tool upload my PDFs anywhere?

No — every page is read, previewed, rotated and exported entirely in your browser (pdf.js for previews, pdf-lib for the export); files are never sent to a server.
