Privacy Policy

The short version

Most tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are read, processed, and downloaded on your device and are never uploaded. Tools that genuinely require a server clearly explain this on their own page.

Files you process with a tool

Most image, PDF, audio, text, file, and data tools use browser APIs to process data on-device. Closing the tab or navigating away discards the working data.

Some URL, DNS, and HTTP-header tools require a server request because browsers restrict direct access. Only the URL you enter is sent; no file is sent, logged, or stored.

Data we collect

• Usage counters: aggregate anonymous tool-action counts through Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine. Events contain no file content or personal identifier.
• Optional web analytics: a deployment may use Google Analytics for aggregate page, approximate location, and device statistics. Google's privacy policy governs that data.
• Theme and language preferences: stored in your browser and used to remember your choices.

Cookies

The public site does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Optional analytics services may set their own cookies according to their documentation.

Advertising

Tool4U.net does not currently serve ads. This policy will be updated before an advertising network is enabled.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare provides hosting, edge delivery, and anonymous usage counters.
• Cloudflare's public DNS resolver is contacted only when you use the DNS Lookup tool.
• Google Analytics is contacted only when enabled for a deployment.

Children's privacy

Tool4U.net is a general-audience utility site and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
